Rental Rules

Rental term begins at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.
Guest agrees to honor these times so as not to inconvenience other guests before or after. However, it may be possible to enjoy the beach after check out, if the driveway can handle all the vehicles of both parties.
Guest agrees to get permission from the owner beforehand if extended beach time is desired.
Garbage pickup is early Tuesday morning. Recycling is only picked up every other week. Please take cans to the street on Monday night with handles towards the curb.

Guest agrees to communicate arrival time with owner in order to coordinate welcome tour of the property.
 Sandswept is a proud member of Green Vacation Hub and is committed to providing guests with superior indoor air quality and to using environmentally appropriate products. To achieve this, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning products and laundry detergent are provided.
In the same spirit, Guest agrees to use clothesline instead of the dryer whenever possible.
 In addition, to preserve indoor air quality, shoes worn outside are not permitted inside. Guest shall bring dedicated indoor shoes if desired.
Guest also agrees to make best effort to conserve energy by turning off lights or TV when not in use.
Guest agrees to let owner know two days before arrival: – whether crib is needed and in which room – whether two twins or one king bed is desired in “Seaside” Room in addition to bunk beds – how many vehicles will be coming A beach cart, four beach chairs and children’s beach toys are provided.
Guest will notify owner of any malfunctions in a timely manner.
If Owner has agreed to allow Renter’s pet, pets shall be washed and have nails trimmed shortly before arrival at Sandswept. Pets shall be crated or penned in puppy pen provided whenever pet is left alone in the house.
 Guest agrees to ensure that all members of its party will abide by house rules to keep sand out of the house, such as by using the outdoor shower or foot bath and towels to remove sand from the beach before entering the house.
